    The Workforce Housing Intensive will provide attendees with ideas on how to define workforce housing issues, formulate housing policy, develop strategic plans, and refine tested housing tools and techniques. The focus of the session is balance:  what is meant by a balanced supply of housing and what is meant by a balanced housing program to help provide the ecosystem of housing that is needed to support a vibrant community and economy.

    The Elected Officials Session will focus on the transformation of resort communities, what communities value, definitions of "success," and how to measure success. Traditionally, community success has been measured through economic and demographic indicators. This session will focus on what communities truly value, how elected officials can promote and measure success through the lens of these values, and how to restore authenticity through regenerative community building.
